India's Innovative Approach For COVID-19 Testing

The COVID-19 has spread in almost all countries of the world. India and China are the largest countries in the world, but when we look at the figures of the whole world, we feel that India is at the forefront of fighting the pandemic.

Today, the patience and resilience that 1.3 billion people of India are presenting are unique. Millions of working-class Indians got stranded on their way back to their homes. They are following government health advisory and for the last three weeks, they have been spending their time in tents and camps. All government, agencies and voluntary organisations are engaged in their help day and night.

Indian political, social, religious, industrial leadership is not only very constructive, but they also have to be praised that in this time of crisis they are working as one voice and supporting the government. Wherever curfew is imposed in the country, government employees and volunteer are going to homes and distributing food and necessary goods. Millions of people are getting food, medicines at their doorsteps.

Hundreds of thousands of isolation beds have been created in dozens of cities on train coaches for the solitary treatment of patients.  Medical instruments, breathalyser, inexpensive mouthpieces, home prescriptions and medicines are also available to the people. India also took an innovative way for community testing by doing COVID-19 test for five people with one testing kit, and if the result came positive then individual tests were conducted.

Many countries of the world are now seeking medicines and PPE from India. India has become a key supplier of all these COVID-19 affected countries. The other countries of the world may take inspiration from India. This corona crisis has unfolded on Earth like the Third World War. The superpowers like America, Britain, France, Germany, Russia and China are unable to control the pandemic. In such a difficult time, India is emerging as the hope of the world. On this occasion, the whole world would like to follow the cultural traditions of India, (Namaste), Ayurveda and vegetarian food and Indian home remedies are getting prominence in western homes.
